Favorite production knife company

Currently probably Scrapyard Knives Company. Their price to performance ratio is incredible.

For many years it was Benchmade, but the last year or so, it's been Spyderco. Spyderco just seems to continue to improve their styles and quality.

Kershaw/ZT

But.....you I love quite a few others too.;)

Spyderco, Becker, Esee, Buck, Benchmade, Queen, Mora
Even some USA made Gerber love.

Probably Cold Steel. They have consistently interesting, durable designs for great prices. The folders they make for under $100 (and even $50) are fantastic and satisfy both hard use and "cool" factor. I also like that they still make daggers and push-daggers; something very few companies do. I like the odd weapons they make. Their catalog is fun to read and charmingly overwrought.

Kershaw and Spyderco are a very close second and third, respectively.

I'd say Bark River, lots of styles, handles, and steel choices. Their convex edges have been the sharpest, and most consistent of all the brands I own.

Kershaw/ZT and Spyderco are are tied for first although I do like the upcoming Kershaw models a little more than the upcoming Spyderco's

Such a funny question...

My Favorite knife company is probably TOPS, they just have so much cool stuff.

The knives I use or carry the most...Cold Steel, ESEE, Boker and Ontario

I would have to say Mora knives. What you get for what you pay is remarkable. They're not the best knives in the world but they will get the job done, and if you break/lose one it isn't a big loss because they're so cheap to replace. :-)

For me it has been Kershaw/ZT but I may be in the process of becoming a Benchmade person too. Hard to pick just one!

Luckily for us there are several great knife manufacturers and I have a couple models that I love from a few different ones (I never want to put down one company while/or to praising another) but if I had to pick just one it would be Spyderco.
