Is that a Pelikan 200? Are you kidding me? I have a couple of those. Nice pen and great Charlow photo.

My favorite single blades are a 15 Clip in Antique Yellow, and a 55 Wharncliffe Hound Tooth in Autumn Bone.

Then I got this Northwoods Burnside Jack in Pioneer Bone and it took pride of place in my collection.

Wasn't that TC Ebony clip point a gift from a concerned member when you where going through your cancer treatments?

I hope he doesn't see this.

It is. The fact that another knife is my favorite does not in any way diminish the significance of the gift. And I am still going for treatments and the ebony TC Barlow will always be in my heart as a sign of support from a friend.

When you post knives that you like, why do you fear that your friends will be offended that it is not the knife that they gave you?

Perhaps you are confusing favourite knives which this thread is about with knives that have special meaning for the owner.

Good on ya Linus. I think that's a perfect answer to a not so appropriate mannerly question.

Fair winds and following seas with your illness.

Gotta agree with the others who said the Tidioute #15's. Just a great pattern no matter how you slice it.

I normally prefer single blade slippies, but I will make an exception for a beerlow!

Great knives everyone! I really enjoy this Case slimline trapper, these are great knives and super slim. Probably my favorite at the moment but that will probably change when my 2014 forum knife arrives.
