Favorite Spyderco for Food Prep

My Manix XL definitely gets time in the kitchen, but so do my victorinox kutchen knives, I would like a set of Spyderco kitchen knives eventually!
 
Manix ....I've got the translucent blue.... Whipped it out at a dinner party. Too many people so they ran out of steak knives....cuts monster steaks like a laser. Love the wide (high) blade to "choke up" for added control.
