I was looking through some of my pictures and I thought, man this is my favorite photo of all 2023 of any of my knives, this one happens to be the pocket knife I've carried constantly for 4-5 years now.

It's my well worn and dyed Case 6.5375. I love the way the sun is glinting off the left side (top) of the knife, and causing the scales to be almost a little translucent.

So what are some of everyone else's favorite knife pics that you took?

I'm not much of a photographer, but I'm happy with how this one came out. Two of my most-carried knives, the A. Wright HHB and the GEC 86, were in my pocket when my Landsknecht Emporium messer arrived. I thought it came out well with the Codex Wallerstein opened to one of the messer plays.

I am sorry but I have looked through my old photos and could not choose only one , so I boiled it down to 2 favorites .
Old Stag Pruner and Taylors Eye Witness Sheepfoot Jack

And Old Case Red Bone which IMHO is the finest of all Red Bone and the Old Stag Pruner again .

I picked three I liked. In the mornings I sometimes walk along some cliffs overlooking the ocean. I don’t often walk down to the beach. But I took a picture of a K’roo when I did. The light was just right and the pearl came out nice on the Toole. I take a lot of pictures of knives on this plastic table like this one with a Birdvis. It adds some perspective. I use my iphone and ipad. I really enjoy the knife pictures on BF.

Took this one in not great light, but the wood still looks good. My wife always laughs if she’s around and I’m trying to do a “photo shoot.” She’s like, “What are you doing over there by the window?”
My wife is about the same. Sometimes at supper, she'll say... "Do you want me to get the phone so you can take a picture of your knife?" I also am into firearms, and thus... I do the same for gun pics.

My favourite fixed blade is easily this. I love hunting and 18th century equipment. This was made by a bloke in the US and I bought it with a shot pouch made by another US artisan. The sheath is integrated into the shot pouch. The horn was made by another gentleman in the states. Everything pretty well period correct.

It’s funny, bc when we put it restaurants, my wife will take pictures of her food, and I’m always patient with that. She doesn’t understand that people care about photos of knives. Better than food IMO!

Jack, that’s a cool fixed blade. I really like the engraved marks.
