Favorite victorinox

It's not sexy, but it's a right handy one.

I currently own ten Victorinox knives. I find the old discontinued red alox Soldier the most beautiful. In looks and feel you could say that is my favorite. But I can't help EDC'ing my Climber instead, since I need the toothpick, tweezers, scissors and corkscrew more than anything else. So that is what I actually favorite to carry every day.

My favorite victorinox has to be my cadet in black alox scales because its just a perfect edc knife for me it has only the tools I need and is nice and simple. Also the alox scales are thinner then the typical plastic victorinox scales and it disappears in my pocket. Even if I don't carry it as a main blade I always hook it to my keys. I plan on getting a silver cadet but until then my black cadet will serve me just fine. So what's your favorite victorinox?

I actually just received my 1st Cadet yesterday. It's a silver Alox version. I love it so far. I'm finding I want smaller and less on me, so I'm thing this will serve me well. I got it mostly for the larger blade, as I also carry an Executive with me, which has the other things I use that the Cadet does not have.

Back in the past I used to EDC a black Climber, these days it is about the Cadet.
It is hard to decide on a #1 but Alox for sure and a toss up between the Farmer and Cadet. Farmer for the woods Cadet for days around town.

The Executive is a sleeper, bigger than a Classic but still small but with a decent sized blade.

Don't know if it's my favorite but it's the most carried over the years. I also carry a tinker or spartan from time to time. During hunting season I carry a one hand opener for gutting and other things.

I love my Executive. Would love to see an Alox version.

I like my Alox Bantam, but I still prefer the red Bantam. Honorable mention to the small Tinker!

SwissChamp in black. Also the Explorer, which has everything I need for urban EDC unless I'm hiking in the woods.

But you can't have too many Vics. Best value in knifeland, bar none.

Electrician is my edc and far and away my most used knife. I use every tool on there.

I mean how many tools do you really need/use on a daily basis?).

Gosh, I don't know...but my Explorer has 16...IIRC. My other 65 Vickies have fewer tools. Confusing, sometimes. Of course I need all of these things...I have many pockets...
...and don't try to confuse me with logic....Sir.

For me the Explorer has the best combo of tools I actually use without being too wide or heavy. I also like having the magnifying glass as an emergency fire starter.

Victorinox Camper #53301 I've had this knife since 1983 and although a leatherman is my part of my edc, the camper will always be near at hand until leatherman comes up with a way to store tweezers and a toothpick on board.

Changed my mind, sort of... I still love the SwissTool, but when I'm not carry one of those, I go with an ALOX Cadet:

Hard to pick a favorite but when it comes to always being in my pocket it's one of two: the Executive or Minichamp.
