There are several guys doing a very nice job putting out useful information BUT if I had to pick my favorite it would be jdavis882 (The Art of Sharp).

I like channels,that SHOWS,what a knife can do - not talking all the time,doing blahblahblah and not even cut a piece of paper with it,the specs of a knife,I can also get from the website of a knifemaker -why watching a boring blahblah-video of it?? - a knife is a tool (or a weapon) not a piece of jewellery to show off.

You can tell me anything about a knife....will I believe it?? I want to see,what it can do!

Therefore I was a big fan of noss - I know,a lot of people hate him,BUT he gave us all a lot of useful information about the limits of knives and steel types.

He was a great inspiration for my own knife testing channel "blackforestghost1".
