Favorite ZT

Only ever owned the 0562cf. Loved the CTS-204p steel, ZT did it more than justice. The detent on the other hand...
I really like the 0452 Russian version. If only I could get my kung fu grip on one of those.

My first is an 0456 that arrived today. I have a few complaints but I love the knife anyway. In pictures I think I might choose the 0888.
 
My favorite of the ones I have is the 0454. I did get a chance to try out a 0777, and that is also a phenomenal piece. If I could manage to get ahold of one of the original composite blade 0777's, it'd be a very tough choice between that and the 0454.
 
450, 452cf and 562cf......my favorites....mostly because they're the only 3 I own!!
I'd have to say the 452. Amazing action and a sexy bitch if I ever saw one!!

Same taste my friend and that other 4" blade too.
 
Hmm...hard for me to say, especially since I carry so many of them, but I know the 550 is up there.
 
several people mentioned 0452cf. Dont you feel the detent is a bit too strong? Almost makes it like an assisted openning folder.
 
I only own 4 ZT's, 301,801,454 and 392. To me the 392 is #1 for EDC. The 454 is really cool on another level.
 
I've been lured back into modern folders simply because a local sporting goods shop is now a ZT/Kershaw dealer who prices their knives at MAP. In short, I get to walk in, handle a knife, and walk out at the best price with no wait:D
In the last 5 months I've bought a 0452cf, 350st, and a Launch 2.

I've handled a lot of the ZTs, and I plan picking up a new one every couple of months simply because they are like crack:D

My favorite, so far, is my 0452cf. So light, so fast, and with a mega 4.1" blade. But I think all of them have their merits.

My only regret is that I missed out on the big honking 300 series. But there are others I want for sure;)

My 0452CF is the best flipper I have ever used. Just right detent and impossibly smooth on the bearings. Much better than my 0560 that is much harder to deploy.

ZT 0450. I don't like overly tactical knives, blades over 3", metal scales, or flippers as a general rule but ordered a blue camo anodized 0450 on a whim and it hasn't left my pocket since it arrived last week. It's a beautiful knife with flawless engineering and just beefy enough to handle everything I've thrown at it so far.
 
My favorite & the only ZT currently in my personal collection is a ZT0801S100VBLK. My engineer friend didn't think it possible that there wasn't an automated or spring mechanism propelling the blade open, that's how good the detent is.

I've owned soooooo many ZT's over the years and its almost impossible to pick a favorite since I like just about every ZT...

But I'm a big sucker for the 0200 series.
