Favorite ZT

I've been looking at the 0560 for a while and decided I wanted one two nights ago. Last one I could find was from knife center and it was the BW knife. Bought it that night and now that I go back to the site it says it's discontinued. Feeling pretty good about getting in there before I missed out!!

Oh, so you got a 560bw, and not a 562bw. Got me nervous for a second there man, was about to suspect you had gotten scammed
 
My answer is admittedly biased, due to the fact that I haven't owned most of the ZT line, and there are some I've never handled or even seen in person.

That said, my favorites are the 0909 and the 0550.
 
0561 still my favorite, followed closely by the 0550

Of the 24 Zero Tolerance knives that I have owned the 0801BRWCF is my favorite, followed by the 0562CF. The looks, feel in hand, flipping action, and blade steel check all of the boxes for me. Not only is it my favorite ZT but one of the 3 favorites in my whole collection.

 
I had an 0801cf but sold it, and I've been looking at the 0801brwcf on KershawGuy and finally just pulled the trigger on it. Pretty stoked about it. Was thinking about getting that CKF tashi muscle but I always seem to get lemons when I order from them. Ce Sara Sara

Yup, I've wanted one a while and just kept putting it off until my local store showed them as discontinued on their site, so then I found that knife center had one in blackwash but I still put it off until just the other night. Looking back on their site it says it's discontinued so I must have gotten their last one.

Maybe a 0562cf to go with my regular 0562 at some point. Love that knife

my wife has 5 versions of the 350,she used to edc a different 350 everyday at work then i bought her a 0095,its been the 95 ever since.
my woods knife is a 300,my dress knife is a 562.
 


I can't pick a favorite between the three I own. I carry the 301 and the 561 in a weekly rotation. The 566 is my church knife.

My only ZT...so it's my favorite.

Does anyone carry a ZT (or any flipper) with the clip removed ? If so , do you come across any issues with the flipper trigger in your pocket ?

Back on topic , I like 0550. And the 0620 CF looks sweet too.
 
For EDC my favorite is 0450CF. Practical, slim, trim and light.

Personally, can't beat the 3D Carbon Fiber milling on the ZT 0777 series.

For hands-down all around tour de force folder it'd be 0888!

For the sliciest ZT it'd 0095BW.
 
I've had MANY ZT models, maybe 15 or 20 and multiples of several. They have all been good knives, even though the majority of them are too large for my casual use (various 0550 and 0560 series) and generally exceed five ounces in weight. And then there's the 0770...too small for ME to hold onto. I did just purchase the model 0808 and enjoy its characteristics: titanium framelock, good blade-length, beveled grip that feels good and is NOT thick...a decent closed length that fits my hand just fine...KVT bearing, NOT spring-assisted and doesn't need it. I might prefer a different blade-shape, but this one seems okay...just strange to me...

Can I ask why you feel that 0095bw is the sliciest?
Does it have a thin blade?
Some sources say the blade thickness is 0.118", which is quite thin for ZT and nice.
