Favorites?

I took part in the designing of the first two. The third just has incredible brown lip.

Probably still my favorite, 13.5" of shimmering Hanson Damascus, and another 5" of walrus ivory artifact. Of course there are a whole bunch of runner ups, but you said just one... :D

For a Junior in Highschool....this is my favorite.

Tanguay Custom LUK. My first knife design that Scott was most helpful to make for me.

It's great to see young people interested in custom/handmade knives.
If you ever have any questions feel free to send me a pm/e-mail. I'm sure others here would be more than happy to offer answers/information too.

Phillip, that fighter is outstanding. Good choice.

Coop, I have had fun with this trying to pick which knives collectors would choose. I had trouble with you in that I couldn't decide if you would go with one of your fine Hill Pearce pieces or your Hanson "Sinistra". I was leaning towards "Sinistra" as I figured you would have a hard time deciding between your Pearce pieces.

Keith, I would have bet the farm that you would choose the outstanding Andrews bowie and Joss would choose an impressive Fogg creation.

Jonathan, I could not decide between the two folders you picked (Hanson/Smith), however knew is was a safe bet to go with the Hanson.

Now Roger, STeven, bgspecialk, very hard to say.

David, beautiful folder and that was a nice touch with the matching pendent.

Patrick, I love that integral fighter. Persistence and determination pays off in collecting.

Makers?

Ari, that Beast is definitely one of my all time favorites :)

Same with that folder, Jon.

Thanks!

This is a recent favorite folder of mine.

Now Don, that folder certainly made the hairs on my neck stand up. I love it.
Thanks for sharing.

My favorite knife changes with the seasons and my mood. At this point in time this is my favorite knife. A fancy dagger made by Lloyd Hale. To put things in perspective it's 18 inches long, is made out of 133 parts and sports three types of MOP.

Makers?

My favorite piece is not a knife, it is a small sword by Kevin Cashen....every time I think it is saved to the hard drive, it is not....Coop has a picture of it, and has provided it to me:

Don't have a favorite maker....., but this piece is everything that is good about a forged blade, sole authorship, damascus, functional and attractive scabbard made by maker, beautiful form, and handling, exceptional creativity, and when you hold it...you know that it is a weapon of fine build and would serve its' original purpose well.

I get lost in this one...it is like the song of a Siren, and am captivated by its' perfection, as much as man can do perfection, that is. Kevin has long been A favorite of mine, but not THE favorite. If this was the last piece, or only piece that I ever owned...I would still be blessed.

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Dude! You've been holding out on us. Holy schmoly!

I can't even decide which is my favourite of two Nick Wheeler knives - picking an overall favourite is beyond me.

Man Steven what a beautiful sword

My favorite is actually a two knife set. I have ordered quite a few knives, however I was probably more involved in this project than any and it was a very rewarding experience.
Jerry was able to pull it off with precision as every feature was as I envisioned it.

Paul Long then completed the project by designing and making two outstanding sheaths.

My favorite selection will probably come as no surprise since I have posted these here several times. Hope you guys aren't tired of seeing them.

my favorite is a set of bowies made by tai goo and chuck from wild rose leather.....one is mine and the other i gave as a gift to my best friend....the antlers were from his dad who passed away and this is a tribute to him.....it'a a perfect package....the sheath and stand are exceptional and the blades look 200 years old.....i couldn't be happier and if i had to have just one this would be it.....ryan
