February Strength and Fitness thread

I'm having trouble calculating all my reps, sets and loads :P
I'm using the official strength program of the Norwegian Powerlifting Team. 12 week cycles stuffed in an excel file that's kinda tricky.
But my 1rm lifts as of today is
Deadlift: 210 kg (463 lbs)
Squat: 130 kg (286 lbs) I've been strugling with my squat technique, and just recently started getting it right. Expecting some nice gains here from now on.
Bench Press: 125 kg (275 lbs)
At 80 kg (176 lbs) bodyweight.

I'll be starting a new 12 week cycle tomorow, and working up to 230 kg (507 lbs) deadlift, 150 kg (330 lbs) squat and 140 kg (308 lbs) bench press.
My goal is to get as strong as humanly possible without performance enhancing drugs, while maintaining my bw just below 200 lbs, just in case i feel like competing in the future. I wouldn't stand a chance in 200 to 230 lbs weight division

Edit: Did the math... God I hate math...
So far this month:
450 Light = 4.5 BSP
829 Medium = 16.58 BSP
271 Heavy = 10.84 BSP
44 Very Heavy = 2.93 BSP

BSP so far in February : 34.85

Edit2: I've been doing my fair share of Punching bag combos to, but ever since i snapped the attachment ring and knocked the bag down the guys at the gym has been hesitant to put it back up i think :D

Saturday:
4x4 of pull-ups, push-ups, leg lifts and situps
Given the combination and speed, I will call these medium, light, medium, medium

10M + 20L + 10M + 10M = 40M + 80L + 40M + 40M

120M + 80L = 3.2BSP

Sunday:
4x3

30M + 60L + 30M + 30M

90M + 60L = 2.4BSP

5.6BSP TD.

Nice one, Captain Norway. Glad I'm not the only one. When I was still in college, I broke the punching bag there 3 times and they refused to put it back up again. Those metal links can be so puny!

Wednesday:

5x4
4*(10M + 20L + 10M + 10M +15L) = 40M + 80L + 40M + 40M + 60L = 120M + 140L

120/50 + 140/100 = 3.8BSP

5.6+3.8 = 9.4 TTD

Captain Norway... I liked that one. I'm stealing it ;) Metal is bound to wear out eventually... But when it does, you look badass.

Last two workouts:
195 light reps, 148 medium, 227 heavy for a total of 13.99 BSP.

BSP TD: 48.84
