February Strength and Fitness thread

So how do we rank push ups, sit ups, etc? Seems like a push up could be considered heavy rep?

how many can you do? If you can only do 7 or so, than yes, heavy rep. If you can do 15 + pushups, than they are light reps. Situps are the same.

330 light reps

50.2 + 3.3 = 53.5 BSPs TTD.

190 light reps.

53.5+1.9 = 55.4 BSPs to date.

1 minute plank hold - which I don't count in the total, followed by
20 reps of each of 4 different crunches, then 20 more of each in reverse order. Topped off by 30 pushups.
Obviously doing more than 15 of each - so, to me, they're "light." But some days they sure don't feel like it.

Hey folks, glad to see this is still going. I only swing by the forums for some old subscribed threads and the marketplace, so I miss these new posts.

How's everyone's weight/ fitness progress since we've started the strength/ fitness thread? We seeing good progress?

330 light reps this morning.

60.6 + 3.3 = 63.9 BSPs TTD.

Welcome Back, THE KID!

330 light reps on the 28th.

63.9 + 3.3 = 67.2 BSPs for February.

My program is the same-old same-old, but it works for me.
Every time I try to kick it up a bit I take more days off, so I end up net-negative. Though it may still help with strength and muscle mass, so I'm not ruling it out for the future.
