Update: I was able to talk to Neil this weekend and he agreed to exchange my knife even though he didn't really have to.
Real nice guy that understands crazy people with knife OCD . He said that what really mattered was that I was happy with my purchase. I can't really speak for anybody that's dealt with him before but as far as Im concerned he behaved like a true gentlemen. I will be posting photos as soon as I get my new knife

How's the edge retention on the blade?

LOL which blade? There's 3 of them. Holds an edges great mowing over fruits and veggies and grass. Has trouble with rocks and monkey balls and pine cones though...

OMG that is A LOT of very expensive knives. I'd have to sell my house to afford all that.
Im digging that coffee table though. That's a great looking table.

If his hands were THAT big, I'd take back that I said he made a couple mistakes. And I'd go back to the sandbox to be sure I was far enough away!!!!!!!
