If You're Going For A Folder - Spyderco Military - A Little Over $100, But Well Worth It.
If You're Going For A Fixed Blade - Esee 4.
It's Under The 6" - 8" You Asked, But A Very Nice, And Practical Knife. Well Built And Will Last For As Long As You Want It To As Long As You Take Care Of It.
Also If You Want a CHEAP Hard Working Folder, I Suggest The SRM 939.
Just got Mine, And I LOVE It, It Will Probably Be My User.
