Fenix LD10 Pass Around

There have been a lot of light/lantern threads lately, and I love the Fenix lights and want to offer a pass around of the LD10 with the light diffuser tip option. I will include a pack of Energizer batteries so all your have to pay for is shipping with delivery confirmation/insurance. I will sort shipping order from east coast to west coast to minimize time the light is in limbo. I would like everyone, when possible, to ship on the monday after they receive it so that everyone could use it around the house for a few days and then use it outdoors for the weekend (I'm not that strict on time frame and would like everyone to try it 5-7 days) . I'm looking for 10 people and all I ask is the shipping and to tell me what they think of the light in this thread. Anyone interested?

I'd be in!

I've always liked Fenix products and have a P2D for pocket carry and a L0D for my keychain. It'd be great to try out a high power AA flashlight instead of my lithium CR123's that the P2D runs on.

P.s. Have you cleared this with Spark or a forum admin? Several passarounds have been shut down if they don't get proper clearance.
 
laserboy2000, my EDC is a P2D also. I like the LD10 for a backpack/camping light, because I can standardize on AAs for my GPS, 2 way radio and flashlight.
 
I am intrested I have been considering buying one of these and it would be great to be able to test it before I buy one.
 
I'd be in as well. I wanted the LD10 when it first came out, but money got tight so I didn't get it. I would love to try it first. Thank you for the opportunity.

I have this setup and I think you guys will be impressed. The only thing I don't like about it is when used with the diffuser the light will roll. Too bad the attachment does not have the anti-roll flats:grumpy:

Here is the order of the pass around. I will ship to the first person on monday. I will PM or email you just the person you need to ship to next. Please email or PM if you do not have it by monday. Below is a list of rules for a pass around. Please ship with deliver confirmation and insurance for $60. I would appreciate it if you could post here what you think of this light combo after you use it (I love it) . If/when you use the light diffuser tip, can you not use it in turbo mode (I'm not sure, but that might get the LED too hot). I only use the diffuser in the lowest 2 settings and have had plenty of light to read by or camp chores. I'm looking forward to doing more pass arounds in the future as I find cool gear.

I just got an LD10 wanting to try out a AA Fenix light, very impressed. My edc now instead of my G2.
