Hi all,
For trade is #18/25 of the Deuce run from Ferrum Forge.
Key features (from their site): The Deuce has M390 blade steel, full Ti frame lock with steel lockbar inserts, Hoback Rolling Detents, ceramic thrust bearings, milled 3D Ti clips, silver lightning strike carbon fiber inlays, and custom made Ti pivot screws. Blue anodizing along the frame edges the inside of the clip and the custom pivot.
It's a terrific tank of a knife and just a bit too big for me.
Generally speaking I would prefer to trade straight up or add cash from my side. I'm interested in most custom framelock and some linerlock folders from many of the great makers we see here regularly. I prefer 3" to 31/4" medium size knives or less with flippers. Main interests include Direware Hyper 90 Laconico, Rassenti, Hoback, RJ Martin, Turpin, Yuna and who knows what else.
I can add more pics if you need them-- i'm not an expert photographer but other than what I call out below this knife is LNIB.
Disclosures:
I'm the second owner, but this knife hasn't seen any use beyond fondling and cutting some paper.
There are a couple minor marks along the top of the frame above the carbon fiber that I believe is from handling, packaging and shipping. Doesnt really show up in pictures. Blade is perfect.
When I received it, it was slightly off center, but the kind souls at Ferrum Forge corrected that for me. I've just received it back. Lockup is super early and perfect, centering is perfect.
It isn't even broken in yet but lockup and flipping action is firm, detent is strong.
Comes with the pelican case and certificate of authenticity.
If you have a trade offer, I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Thanks for reading,
Dan
