ctrsurf it is not considered good form to air disputes ( regardless of how legitimate or of who's on the right side ) in a seller's thread without shooting them a Private Message or email first.

Even then, if you find no recourse & even if you're "in the right," it may damage your reputation beyond the value of the deal by taking it to the streets...

I offer this advice because you are, self-admittedly, inexperienced on BF.

I hope this can be resolved amicably for everyone involved because BF is a great place and Joey & GuestWho are stand up guys with flawless feedback....ctrsurf you're off to a promising start too with your itrader stats :)

A tough call for sure...please, limit the damage guys :o
 
I have not stated that anyone did anything wrong, nor have I made any accusations or name calling. I opened with "please forgive me if I'm wrong"... I feel zero hostility- just trying to understand. Joey- I apologize if I have offended you or been disrespectful in any way. Enjoy your knives Who- great score! :)

Therefore, there is no rule, it's up to the seller. And my rule was/is to give it to the first person who showed clear intent to buy and followed through. On here or PM or email or whatever. As it stands, I still think GuestWho101 was first, but it doesn't matter. It's his either way. If he's happy giving it away to someone else, that's his choice, but it doesn't seem like he will, heh. Sellers choice. A seller can sell to whomever they want.
