It's taken me way too long to get this put up. Also, a milestone, my first flea market offering!

Up for trade (trade only for now, sale soon if I don't get any bites), is the Duke from 4/10/2015's Fiddleback Friday.

2015 0410 29 – Duke w/ OD green bolsters over Oreo burlap, Tapered Tang, convex on 3/16” spalted 01 steel

Condition is new, unused, just as it shipped from the Forge with fiddlepaper, cardboard blade guard and all.


For now, I'm really only looking to trade for another Duke. This one is pretty close, but is just not quite the right one for me. 3/16" and synthetic handle materials strongly preferred.

This one is just not a real match for my group of osage handles, so going to offer it back into the waters. Osage handled Patch knife, 1/8" 01, tapered tang, black liners with white pin stripe. Picked it up several Fridays ago and it's never been touched or even in a sheath. Total price is $265 shipped.

Fiddleback Forge Asp – $275 - 1/8” A2 steel, skeletonized full thickness tang, tuxedo with a twist configuration - black canvas micarta, natural canvas micarta pins and liners, orange G10 pinstripes. Blade length is approximately 3.75", overall length is approximately 8.25", weight is 4.9 ounces.

Great condition - lightly used in the kitchen a few times and some light patina remains. I don't recall if I did or not but I might have lightly stropped it once. I didn't notice anything else when polishing it for the pics below, but since it has been used, there may some other very faint scuffs that are not readily noticeable. This one does not come with a sheath.
