Hi Guys!...I hope everyone had a great Easter. I've got a Never Used Production Camp Knife with Dyed scales up for grabs! I never intended on selling this, but I recently bought Chris' amazing Recon in TS Kevlar, so the Camp is being replaced by a younger, prettier knife.

I wanted to add some life to the scales, so I applied Red Rit dye some months back, and they turned out amazingly! My picture isn't the best, but the scales are a rich burgundy (the result of the red dye over the black micarta) - and since the scales are crenulated, there are speckles of true red in the valleys - it looks like it was made this way & IMO a huge improvement over the simple/original black micarta scales. The scales look the exact same as the day I dyed them, absolutely no rub-off/fading or anything of the sort...I've dyed several other sets of scales in the past, & this knife turned out the best, because of the crenulations & the fact that the "black" micarta is actually a light grey, so it really mixes very well with the red dye to produce a stellar richness. The sheath is wet formed for a perfect fit, & I personally can't stand having rods dangling off of my sheaths, so the rod loop is severed - I asked my oldest boy to perform the surgery for me, as he's frankly better with a knife than I am - it's a very clean cut - I'm just reiterating that you don't need to worry about a hack-job with the rod loop removal. The blade is untouched & beautiful - as-is from FF. I did of course perform a few paper cuts to test the sharpness, this big boy is surprisingly razor sharp, & I swung it around in front of our full length mirror, shirtless, while pretending to fight bad guys...I've also engaged in several air knife fights with my aforementioned 15yo son, as he's got his own FF mid-tech camp knife as well. And that is the 100% full disclosure....that's everything the knife has ever been through, so you may buy with confidence!

I'm selling this low to make it as quick & painless as possible - she's only $255 (that includes PP Fees & CONUS shipping) firm!....for a camp knife that sells for $350, with improved scales, & a distinguished history of epic air battles....she only lost once, you guessed it, to my boy. My PayPal is scotts@reeve-knight.com. Thanks for checking this out everyone!! THIS IS SOLD!!

For sale: 2015 1230 24 – Bushfinger w/ black bolstered coffee bag burlap, Tapered Tang
convex on spalted 5/32” O1.
Comes with brand new, beautiful deerskin lined, custom made for a bushfinger, inside pocket clip sheath made by Condos Leather (knifeleather).

Caveat - Although this knife is brand new and has never been used, somehow a slight patina is forming and mysteriously got 2 small dents in the edge. Probably my kid was messing with it. The rest of the edge looks and feels pristine. The last pictures try to show it. Because of this I am willing to loose a lot of money. I paid $395 for the knife and $86 for the sheath. You get a free sheath because I am selling them both together for $385 including shipping to US with tracking and insurance. Please PM me for Paypal details.
