SOLD thanks
NoRest
Making available is this used Grange Park Knifeworks Betta. Kyle made these several years ago while with Andy's apprenticeship. This is his Betta model. I have used this in the kitchen for small prep duty. With AEB-L steel at .040 thickness, it does a great job slicing up small veggies/fruits. I have only stropped after use and still has a decent edge. Could be sharpened if one wanted to do so. Kyle also told me this was dishwasher safe being stainless and G10 materials, although I hand wash all my kitchen knives. OAL 6 5/8" - blade 3 1/4" - double black G10 over black/yellow G10 liners.
Asking $75 FF (paid $160 new) Price includes ConUS shipping.
