yes indeed! I learned on #2 how real it is out here. Im still terrified of sharking on fiddleback friday tomorrow. Haha I cant wait

Thanks for the interest all; chopping block is closed for now. A little side note, an unexpected acquisition of my own came by way of PM tonight, so 'twas a good evening of sharking for all. :thumbup:
 
Just an observation:

It took almost a year to get to 70 pages in this thread.

It has only taken 3-1/2 weeks to go another 28 pages.

There are a lot more Great White Sharks in the pool now...

Running out of run in my storage drawer, so selling this duplicate Bushfinger. 5/32 O1, Osage Orange with Orange and Black liners. Never carried, stropped, or sharpened. This will be a standing "for sale" post that I will update periodically as (once again) my fiddleback tastes are changing and I will not sit on knives that I'm not using / intend to use. With that being said, here are the rules of engagement (ROEs); I will update the post periodically, when things go up. I will post a new reply when the OP is updated, in order to let everyone know that something new is for sale. If I acquire new knives, I'll add new pics. I'm lazy (for some strange reason) when it comes to knife photography... maybe because I suck at it ;), so please bear with the pics provided. If you reeeallly need specific pics of a knife I am selling, please PM me. Which brings me to the next ROE; please do not PM me about knives that are not listed as for sale. Granted if you have an exceptional (fiddleback only) trade, please let me know, but if you are offering cash, hold tight until I post said knife for sale. Also, some knives pictured are not for sale (like I said, I'm lazy and reused a recent group pic)...this means the bushcrafter and campknife ;). With that being said, all prices will include paypal fees and fully insured shipping to your door via USPS 2 day. Please ensure that this (and all future sales) are legal in your state / municipality, prior to taking receipt of said knife/knives. As always, law of the shark applies -- first "i'll take it" followed by a PM gets the fiddleback goodies!

One final note; I consider the condition of all of my fiddlebacks a "90" or above... I take care of my stuff. If a knife you want comes with a (sweet) patina, fear not that a little flitz and elbow grease will remove said patina. For any knives that are heavy users, I will adjust the listed price to ensure that you have an extra $10 afterwards for a spa.

Hey man, sorry to be a bust, but no bushfingers are pictured / up for sale. Please refer to the ROE in the original post; I will notify the forum if/when I am going to sell something, that way everyone has a fair chance (we call it law of the sharks ;)). There is a bushfinger posted right above your original post; I would recommend contacting Bonafide about his (beautiful) Osage Orange 5/32" one (Post #1948).

So I nabbed another BC today, giving me 3. I absolutely love the BC its my favorite FB that Andy makes, and I've expressed my dying admiration in its own thread. Feel free to check it out.

Today I present a new/unused Bushcrafter in Stabilized and Dyed Curly Quartersewn Red Oak - SFT. This one has an Orange Liner. This one's CRAZY sharp. I don't know what personal issues the grinder had the day this one was made, but they attacked that wheel and created the second sharpest blade I own; She's ready to craft some bush **trying not to laugh typing that**

Whats wrong with it. You heart the BC, why do you want to give it away? Cuz i'm that friggin generous thats why....

... I'm also not to fond of the wood (*GASP* the wood gods awaken and curse me for the next few fridays). The wood is lighter than it was pictured and with the Orange liner (I have a hatred for Orange that came with my degree :D) it has a almost peach colored tint. Its just not quite my thing, YMMV.

So I know that BCs have been rare lately, and i've seen so many battle and lose to me on Fridays that i'm going to throw a dog a bone. You can have this one for $325. As always I cover PP fees and shipping. The only trade i'll consider is a new/unused extremely special HB.

If you want a piece of this respond with "I'll take it" along with a number between 1 and 100. "What the hell is this?" you might ask. Yes... the BC has become increasingly rare and I love it so much, I want more people to have a chance at this. At 9PM CST I will cut off submissions. Pull up random number generator And the person closest to that gets her. If this doesn't work out i'll just resubmit the usual way.
