No, they didn’t illegally copy anything. But the person I dealt with was/is fake as hell.

basically I ordered a knife. It was marked as delivered. But I never got it. I was issued a refund. Very kind of them.i tried to order the same knife again. Knife mysteriously goes out of stock when I try to order. Then ones back in stock after I stop trying to order. I thin IN they forgot that I asked them their stock quantity because sometimes the Wait is a bit long .....so I knew their stock quantity...


I got the distinct feeling that they were jerking me around. I obviously they think I’m responsible for t he missing package.

excuse after excuse For why they don’t want to ship to my address. I find a new address and oh look at that, inventory discrepancy,!they don’t hav eit in stock! Too bad!!

They tried to blame me for eerythng, 미and treated me like a criminal.

I will never do business with th em agin
heaven forbid a package goes missing. Then they treat you like you stole it


I know they have a good strong following, but before you flame me, just ask me. But yeah that one person that I dealt with just blames me or everything, and just makes up facts . It’s rudiculous.
 
If I am reading this correctly, they refunded your money and you are out nothing. Now, they don't want to deal with you. Maybe you should just move on.

In my experience, Fiddleback is a great company that provides amazing customer service. Something tells me there is more to the story that what is being posted by the OP.

Just going by your side of the story, I'm guessing they don't want to risk another loss. That doesn't imply your a thief, but maybe your neighbor, or your mailman is, who knows Honestly, I don't think it's reasonable to trash them here over them not agreeing to risk another shipment

Just based on what I can understand from what you've said and how you've said it, seems to me they are completely justified in not sending more stuff out to you. Sorry.
 
Fiddleback Forge refunded you your money for the knife that you probably kept to yourself, but claimed you never received. They righted a wrong, and you got your money back, so what's the problem here? Your OP above is based off of "distinct feelings", so no real factual evidence. :confused:

For a knife I kept myself. Hmmm, why is your firs assumption is that im ㅁ thief?
 
I think the details that are missing and may help to form an opinion are: Where are you located? Where was the first package scanned delivered? Where are you wishing to have second shipment delivered?
 
I am sure that the blanks will eventually get filled in, regarding this story.

My personal experiences with Fiddleback Forge have been absolutely first rate. Vance has responded to emails quickly and professionally. Their products are top shelf. Ive never read anything negative about them.

Whatever bad things you ***think*** Fiddleback Forge has done are incorrect on your part. Clearly there is a language barrier issue in play and that is certainly playing a role in your frustrations. However, as others have said, Fiddleback Forge is an outstanding company and provides outstanding service. And they also have the right to choose who they sell their knives to as well.

If I may be so bold, I would suggest you find someone who speaks English and your native language very well to help you communicate with Fiddleback Forge to resolve any misunderstandings. If you can do this, I am very confident that your faith in their customer service will be restored and everyone will come away with a better understanding of what is actually going on. That's just my opinion though. Feel free to take it or leave it.
 
Sounds like when they refunded the OP the item went back into stock. A software glitch. It was never really there again.

And yes the OP does sounds like a nightmare "customer is always right" individual.

Did I say you were a thief? No, I absolutely did NOT! I simply asked you two questions, that you seem to have avoided answering.

I was trying to find out if, possibly, international shipping problems were at play here (and I do suspect they are). If this is how to respond to two simple, non-threatening questions, it is no wonder they are (apparently) trying to avoid selling to you.

Fiddleback Forge are top notch folks!!! :thumbsup: At this point, until I hear otherwise, I'm certainly not changing my mind based on what you have said here.
