basically I ordered a knife. It was marked as delivered. But I never got it. I was issued a refund. Very kind of them.

The key words in your post are above.

You purchased a knife, you never received the knife and the seller did the right thing and refunded you in full.

The seller fulfilled their obligation to you 100%.

After that you were unable to place further orders and no more money was taken from you. You are not out of pocket one cent.
You were not accused of anything or insulted by the seller but you have chosen to perceive it that way and start this unwarranted thread.

My advice is to close this thread asap. It does not reflect well on you.
 
From my experience the fiddleback crew is as solid as it gets!! You need to clarify your post did you purchase directly from them? One of there dealers? You got your money back? You need to fill in the holes if you want help
 
OP, it's like this. Any seller has the right to sell or not sell to anyone he chooses, for any reason. From the looks of it, you had the knife sent to a forwarder, and it was lost. So Fiddleback refunds you, and decides not to risk the loss of another knife. Can't say I blame them, especially when dealing with a forwarder. There's a few with less than stellar reputations. Then you try to have a knife sent to a different address, probably another forwarder. They're leery of that, and decline to sell to you. Yeah, it sucks for you, but refer to my first sentence. I'm pretty sure Fiddleback can't afford to just lose knife after knife, so I can't blame them a bit. IMHO, they did nothing wrong here.
