[Fiddleback]

Thankfully for us here at Fiddleback Forge, these Friday events happen every week. Everyone here looks forward to them just like y’all do. This weeks batch contains several knives I want to keep badly. The Woodsman in this batch is the nicest ever. Period.

As always, my first priority is to thank all of you. Fiddleback Forge depends on y’all, and we hope you love the tool you buy from us.

The prices this week are without sheaths. I am lucky enough to work with both Heber Ellsworth and Rick Lowe. Both make fantastic sheaths that are completely different from one another. I appreciate your support for them as well.

All of the steel this week is 3D Spalted 01.

Payment may be made to Paypal, or by personal check or MO. I hold all personal checks until they have cleared. This usually doesn’t cause a delay because they usually clear before shipping day.

@Mistwalker -- i agree! In fact, between that gorgeous Hiking Buddy and the F2 in OD Micarta, part of me wished that I either could afford/justify to purchase them both to keep my existing HB and F2 company or to purchase them and to then sell my existing HB and F2. In the end, both options seem selfish and I have to trust that they will find good homes elsewhere in the Fiddleback Fan Club.

It's a looker isn't it? Tried to run to keep from thinking about it...but then got like four PMs in a row I needed to answer. My first thought was claim it and then sell something to cover it, but the only things I know I could sell immediately are pretty special to me too. It won't stick around long enough for me to do anything else so...I'll just see who ends up with it. I'm gonna go take a natural cold shower now lol...

I know I'm fairly new to Fiddleback Fridays, but I've looked at quite a few weeks now. Is it just me, or is this week spectacular? I usually see a few knives I'd really like, a couple I love, and some others I'm okay with just admiring. This week, the lust in my heart is unbearable. Three of the Bushfingers are stunning to me. The EDK and F2 have me drooling. The bocote Hunter looks great. The Kepharts look wonderful. And I'd sell a testicle to own that Woodsman.

What a batch. Cold shower indeed, Mistwalker. I might go for a swim in the ocean today in a new tradition I'll call "Financial Salvation Polar Bear Swim so I don't Buy Knives".

Temptation...

I don't know how you do it, Andy, but they seem to get nicer every week. Well, except, you still haven't made one as beautiful as mine!
I just realized there's a hole in my collection - a dressy, tough, black-handled fixed blade. (Like the current HB.) Funds are still depleted from Christmas, so I'll continue watching this space.
