Secondly mine is in one of the last sheaths Andy made before he stopped making his own sheaths. So having an original Fiddleback proto in an original Fiddleback sheath is pretty darn special to me. I do want to get a custom sheath for my wife's Hiking Buddy at some point in the future, but I am still studying the needs there, since her desire is to have one that is neither square bottomed nor pointy. Women...they'll drive you nuts sometimes I swear!

No problem dude, I forgot the handles are different now and having one Andy made is really rare. Yep aren't women awesome! LOL

I was hoping you would understand. I certainly do hope you keep bending leather though, I'm not done getting Fiddlebacks...or even knives in general :)

Oh she's awesome...but she still drives me nuts sometimes :)

Andy, any plans for these in a stainless steel in the future? When Rob gifted the KPH to his nephew a while back it reminded me that when my nephew deployed to the sandbox some years back I gave him a knife made for war as a parting gift. He has been back and out of the army for a few years now and I have yet to give him a knife made for less violent purposes. He is an avid fisherman and travels out of state to salt water fish pretty often also. I think one of these would do nicely, but I think a stainless version might be better for him.
