Is that Sneaky pete from the 15th still available?

2013 0215 04 – Bushboot, Desert Ironwood over black g10 with an orange pinstripe, Tapered Tang, Convex on 0.150” thick CPM 154 steel - $325


I was gonna find the thread but I didn't want to confuse people by having two fiddleback fridays at the top of the forum
 
It's never easy to decide, nevermind doing so fast enough to snag what you want. There were three that were talkin to me, that one just spoke the loudest.

I've got more of em coming. I thought sure that was going to get you going. Best 1/8" one I've ever ground. I profiled a bunch more. No worries.

The Sneaky Pete is avail, I think the BB is as well. I'll have to check on Monday. Give me a call then.
 
I'm glad no one else has jumped on the 1/8" Bushfinger cause I will.

Well crud. My "dream" camp knife comes up today ("My dream camp knife would be 3/16, not quite a full grind so it'd show off the spalting, and nice thick canvas handles") and the budget for it is still a month or two out.

:( what do they say... Murphy's Law? I actually checked into the thread on my phone about 45 minutes after Andy's post and saw the 1/8" bushfinger. At precisely the same time, a metal plate door a jobsite I was working struck me square in the forehead. Split right open. So, off to the ER. Funny to hear.. Stitches or Glue? Opted for the glue.
At any rate it looks like it wasn't in the cards for me this week. Even if it was still available, my ER copay will likely eat up my Fiddleback funds for this week.

I had one with micarta and lost it. The 1/8" ones are tough to grind.

Thanks Brian. Tell me about it. Man, I've never been struck in the head with a baseball bat, but I'd have to say that this is probably what it felt like.

Never been hit with a bat...was hit with a line drive outside the first base line once. I was on my way out of the field and the gate was beside first base. I was almost to the gate when the lights went out for a second and I found myself getting up off the ground with one heck of a headaches and something that felt like half a baseball sticking out of the back of my head. I had a headache for two days...

I'm starting to fall in love with the F2, looking every friday and wonder how long I can resist :) I think the F2 in this batch look really really good.

have you ever considered doing F2 with a flexible blade ?
