Fiddlebacks and Food

The kiddo and I did the sushi buffet at Totto earlier, the Esquire was brought out the cut the Gyoza and the Tiramisu into bite sized pieces, easier to eat with Chopsticks. If I'm not mistaken, this is one of the first places I used the original one 10 years ago, for the same purposes.

They may have almost got it too rare for the modern me tonight, but I wanted to save room for desseret at Rembrandt's anyway, so the second half will heat up nicely in a hot castiron skillet tomorrow. And to be honest, having grown up somewhat feral, and having eaten beef completely raw a time of two, I'm really not sure there is auch a thing as too rare for me technically. So no matter what it will be awesome for lunch tomorrow, it definitely has a great flavor.

Bottom could have used a little more heat, but I wouldn't kick it out of bed.
