Now THAT is funny! You guys would have been safe as houses if Spangler and I were present!

Back on topic, though.... every knife you make is that much better than the next one, and yet all of them are distinctly 'yours'. I should think that these are the trademarks of a talented, insightful bladesmith with an obvious forward-thinking drive.

....or, maybe just what Mike said.;) :D

We heckle cuz we luv ya, bro!

Looks Great Mace! And as yu know a fighter should be light and quick. Looks can be very deceaving!! Haa! Yes the pic is a bit blurly, but if you kic up the resolution to 125%, while viewing it, it will look very crisp. Mike Lovett Featured Artist- http://knifelegends.com/

speak for yourself i don't love him at all. he disgusts me. i only use him to sleep in his back seat:D

and to learn a thing or two now and then. if he'd only get off his butt and come to my shop i might get to know him and he might disgust me less. but i guess its good i only see him a few times a year

Mace,
Very nice knife, and super wood, but I have a question..... In the picture the two small front pins appear to be dangerously close to the edge of the wood.??? Optical illusion?
Matt Doyle

Thanks again guys!

Matt G, You sure know how to make a guy blush.:p
Thanks for the kind words.

Spanky, I might come up to your place ....if you ever invite me!
You'll be sleeping in the back of the truck with all the rusty bottle caps this year at Ashokan!

Matt D,
Those pins are a bit close, but the top and bottom of the handle are just a little convex...so there is a little more meat.

Big Don, It was great sittin next to you too! I always enjoy the little groups that form betwen tables.:D
Mace

I saw this piece at the show too. The balance and craftsmanship were very impressive. In fact, Mace had a few big knives that were exceptionally quick and well executed.

~I'm still laughing about your guest book...:).

Hey Mace
the blade looks great handle os a little small;)

i say the next time we get together with mike we play tug a war with him:D

wait a minute do you mean me on one side both of you on the other???
or one of you pulls on my feet and one on my arms??

i know mace would like to play tug of war with me:rolleyes:

...this is going really bad places, as usual. Once again proving that, deep down, we really are the depraved 8th graders in gym class that our wives accuse us of being!:D

Gorgeous knife, Mace, and as I stated above, one that shows your ever-improving skills... each knife one step closer to perfection.

...maybe it'll sell when all your stock removal knives are gone.
(If this one doesn't get me a sock in the teeth, nothing will!)

Ouch! I think I might have to try that new Matt finish I was thinking about.

Thanks again fellas.:D
