Not only do I take one of these fishing but when I hunt whitetails too, it works well to remove the backstrap and bone out the roasts.
Stock removal from 3/32 inch 52100 steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60
Flat grind to 400 grit
Stabilized spalted maple handle (the worm holes have been filled)
Overall length: 10 3/4 inches
Blade: 6 1/4 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop
