Forged thin for a specific job but also useful in the kitchen.
Be aware that the handle is made from a natural material and has some cosmetic features. Look at the fourth photo of the butt and the white line along the bottom of the handle. Like all my knives I will guarantee this for your lifetime (or mine) if there is ever a problem.

Forged from 5160
Flat grind
Hand sanded to 400 grit
Buffalo horn handle sanded to 120 grit for grip with the butt highly polished
Brass guard and spacers
Overall length: 12 3/4 inches
Blade: 8 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop
