I think they threw your cheque away.
It is useless in Europe and cheques in Europe were only withdrawn from your bankaccount when cashed in, IIRC.
The only thing you can do is write them again, and file a refund claim for your money order.
I don't see a real malicious intent on their part, just some confusion.
I hope you get your money back, i can't see why not because it was never cashed in. Or does a money order work differently?

My reason for posting was to warn others of a rude and ignorant business,if that is how some like to do business then enjoy.

I am sure they destroyed my MO - but as stated all I wanted was it mailed back.

That seems to me to be a VERY small favor to ask.
