Finally back in the shop

Looks like some of those bushcrafters have a hole pattern in the tang just begging to be filled w/ a cross pattern of pins a la laguiole.

A sheppards cross was my intention, yes! Good eye!
 
I've been pretty cautious with that. For customs I take money after heat treat and testing. That way I'm making enough progress that I'm not going to sit on the order, and we both know there's a good blade. (There's a few exceptions, people who have ordered more than once, and such)
