Finally!!! Bye bye Paypal say hello to

I know what you mean, I think they hire the hot young tellers on purpose. :D

Yah, I've been using PP since they first started (back when they were paying you to join), and haven't had any troubles at all. My physical bank on the other hand gives me nothing but headaches and would've been ditched long ago if not for the need of a physical bank account and the cute teller.

it has never occurred to me to check, but is paypal a california based organization?

the language above is almost verbatim from the ca penal code regarding prohibited items.

Don't know if the original PayPal organization was, but their owner (eBay) is a CA company.

then i would speculate that their legal team based the policy on 12020 pc.

dont know about their "politics", but it makes sense to abide by the existing state laws from a lawyer's standpoint. since they are brokering the deals, they may see it as a liability risk to allow members to sell certain items.

Paypal is well known and used by most small businesses. Gunpal however...

Think Gunpal (now newly renamed? to GPal is trustworthy like Paypal? Think again!

Check this out!

"Guys and Gals..... how many have had recent (problems seemed to have started around the 1st of April.... or last week in march) with Gpal/Gunpal? I'm seeing several places on the net, even their own facebook account, how they are scamming... keeping the users funds!

They have over $3600 from me alone! Another guy on Glocktalk has been had for over $1500 I think he said..... 4 or 5 on GunPal's facebook site have the same issues..... Gpal wont even reply when they dont give your funds. they ignore you.

WTF?

So chime in with your horror stories.

www.peterstactical.com/gpal.html is a good read on it...."

Buyer/Seller beware!
