Finally finished my wife's hiking staff.

Thanks again for the compliments guys. I can't take credit for the copper cap idea though, I got it from a post on this forum. It is a great idea though, as it saves the tip from mushrooming after a lot of use, which would be a shame after all the work you put into selecting the perfect stick, stripping it, finishing it, and wrapping it.
