Finally......Ohio Gun season starts

Crazy how no matter how uncomfortable the day may get we always seem to be right back at as soon as we can. I cant tell you how many times I have left the woods convinced that there are no deer anywhere and I am selling all my gear and never hunting again. Then the next morning rolls around and I am right back up in the same tree.

We must be nuts.

I've always thought that the things that are worth doing are always difficult. The easy road is seldom the most rewarding as it's the journey to get there that is the most special. Knowing that it wasn't given to you but instead that you earned every bit of it......:)
 
I got out two days and only saw one deer across the river. I didn't see the normal amount of harvesters on the road.
