Drop a line to Chase Axin of Chax Knives. He could probably do the same for any knife, but the Sebenza might be the best choice since it can be disassembled and parts swapped without voiding the warranty.

Not really. USA made production folder, 3.25" Ti framelock with solid clip and round hole.

Does that dive knife fit the bill? even though its a diver, it has pocket clip, hole, and Ti handles & blade

Nope, it's a liner lock. And I would bet it's not domestic at that price.
