Finished my first knife prototype today

Greg is also using state-of-the-fruit computers to help in his design and manufacturing processes.

Relieved to see no fuller. Everyone knows that it would fall apart on first use if you'd included a fuller.

Yeah, fullers weaken a blade by at least 90%. You can take a perfectly functional blade, grind a shallow fuller in each side, and it will explode while slicing cake. :grumpy::D

I would really like a tactical version of this knife. Will you be making one or will i have to wait a day and a half for the patina to set in ?:D

Any chance that this plantain machete will come with a deep fried hamon, maybe queso? If so im in... and now hungry. :D

It's an intriguing design, but from an Op-Sec perspective, I'm a bit concerned about light discipline.

Is there a way to get these with DLC or some other coating that would darken and reduce reflection?

Yes, here is the knife sheathed (CKF Ratata for scale):

As this picture was almost certainly taken in your ultra secure TS five story research think-tank facility, I have to ask whether or not you were given clearance to share these pictures with us. LOL

I am worried about lock failure on any knife I own.
Have you tried wacking your bananna yet?

Word on the street is that plantains have way better edge retention than bananas. For that reason, I'm out.

Here in the underground lair we believe that spine whack testing is unnecessary. We just make the products though, so what you do with your banana is entirely your business. ;)
