First Bowie

Hello Haley! That's wonderful, I'm very curious to see your knives. Maybe I'll take Glenda with me next year, if possible.
See you in Atlanta!

Have been collecting Bowies for about a year so my learning curve is definitely in its earliest stages. I do know that I find your Bowie very appealing.

My first two custom ordered Bowies have handles of Ivory and Giraffe bone.

Concerning Bowies I have been heavily influenced by the writings of Bill Bagwell, especially concerning the unique properties of a Bowie in relation to its use as a fighting blade. I have no expectation of using my knives in fighting; but the Bowie reputation was built on its use first as a weapon so I hope that makers such as yourself will, at least from time to time, honor that tradition e.g. incorporating the sharpened clip, a leading rather than a trailing point and so forth.

I can't complement you enough on this your first Bowie. I think it is a super piece of work. Congratulations.

Beautiful Bowie, Haley!

Get used to adding a cross pin, or you will get tired of explaining how strong the epoxy is. ;)

Sweet Bowie Haley. I don't know what a Fighter must look like but this one looks like the perfect user to my eyes. Great work, I can't wait to see your next big blades ;)
