First Integral in years

that is some amazing damascus bud......

I would like to see a bigger guard on a knife that large, but thats just me....

Very, very nice!!!!:D

This is one that you need to get up close and Personal with to truly enjoy the splendor.
Paul and Coop you guys did great completing the Package.
Don You Never cease to amaze and marvel..

Dark Star...

Folks, again thanks for the kind words. This was a fun knife.

For those who say it needs a guard, I do a lot of knives with guards but this style integral just wouldn't look right with a guard.

Don

awesome, dude :D

hope you're feeling better... a little birdie has been telling me of a subhilt.....

haha

Bill, a little birdie has been telling me to drink beer to help with kidney stones...

It is odd how this effects my grinding abillity grinding double edged sub-hilts....:D

Burt, steal away. I've been wanting to steal some stuff from you, so we'll be even...:)

Don, I think I want some of that damascus. Where can I buy it?

Your treatment of the butt is excellent. People will look at the knife and think it's really great, then turn the end up and find a nice surprise, probably something they didn't expect. It finishes off the knife.

Kidney stones? OUCH! I've passed 9 (that I know of) in the last 33 years. Try cranberry juice on a regular basis, and a serious load of water daily. Shoot, once you get one there isn't enough beer to ease the pain!

Hi folks, I finished this one a while back for a good friend. Blade is 11.5" and is 17" over all.

Paul Long dressed her up nice and Coop shows her off well.

Let me know what ya think and thanks for looking.

Every aspect of that knife and sheath is beautiful and those words sell it short.
Without a doubt one of the finest fixed blades I have seen to date.

Not sure how you do it Don. You just keep getting better when I think there is not much room to do so.
He said it, can't do much better.

The Images speaks volumes, they say a picture is worth a thousand words so I just had to bring them back up.

Niiiiiiiiiiiice Don,

This one pulls emotion out of me just like great art should.

^^^ All of the above.

It's massive. But incredibly fast, too, with no extra weight from a guard. The popcorn stag actually grips like crazy, so the antagonist can concentrate on offensive moves. ;)

The star on the end can also be used to brand your dead opponent. Or, he can take out that 1" tree limb in a single stroke.

It's an all-purpose Fighting/Camp/Bowie knife.

Don was commenting on how he liked some photos that had a dark background. I obliged him in this trial. I knicknamed it 'Dark-Star'.

Paul's work always makes ME smile, too. A worthy combo. :)

Congrats!

Coop

All good!

And since you and Burt are talking about "stealing," I'll "steal" one from Ron Newton--I just got through 2 movies before I was done with all that popcorn!
