with KVT?! yes please.

I have a feeling this will be a hit with the custom scale community.

Haha word! Yeah, I'm sure some people will wanna strip the K texture the minute they get it out of the box.

I love the blade width to handle ratio. Reminds me of the Knockout.

Imagine drilling some holes straight through the frame under the overlay. I bet it would shed a lot of weight.

Man I hadn't even thought of that! I love how a lot of these budget models will feature KVT. Kershaw is doing some crazy things this year!

that BEGS for flavorful mods . . . but I don't think I can pull the trigger given the steel. If they were going to pop for KVT why not add a better steel for just a couple bucks more wahhhhhhh . . . :(

Since I first saw this in the background of a photo I had to have. Funding out its kvt is awesome. Finding out its not made in US just means I can have 3 of them to mess with. A+ in my book. Camber is also on the short list.

One of my favorite knives at any price point that I purchased in the past 1.5 years is the Diskin Hunter. This includes knives that I own that I paid 10X more for. I love the tradition blade, handle ergonomics, simplicity in design, and US made. All for $45. The above designs do not appeal to my taste, but to each there own. If they send manufacture if the Diskin line overseas, I will not be a buyer at any price point.

I'm more than happy to see this one. They are truly covering all the bases at every price point, Not too many other companies able to even think about pulling that off.

I think the Strobe along with the Nura 3.5 are gonna be must haves for me and I'm pretty tempted with the new black on green Knockout and the Cryo G10 even though I alreadt have the original versions of both damn this years lineup is really nice!

Isn't that the same blade shape Kershaw has used on the last 8 knives they've released? Come on guys..

Ill be buying this one as well but like others have said wish it was made with better steel. But ill still get it Id say and beat it to hell. I buy around 10 or 12 knives a year just to beat up

I dunno, is that shape the same as these?

If these are all the same shape to your eyes, may I perhaps suggest a visit to your eye doctor might be in order?

Man I hope the pocket clip will be lefty friendly. Another good looking KVT Chinese blade. I am liking their knives more and more for 2014.

Ah, so Diskin's "Coronado" is finally realized. From what I heard, the Coronado design (from another company; Volcan Knives) was held up pending some design issues. Looks like the the wait was worth it, especially since it is a larger version.

I will have to pick one of these up as a beater. I have no problem with the blade steel especially at this price point. Im very happy to see a steel frame lock as well. By way of comparison the new Ikoma designed CRKT has similar features (size, steel and handle material) yet has a retail price double that of the strobe. Im very happy to see some ultra affordable KVT designs. I have a feeling this is going to be a popular knife.
