First Run of BK62's to Be Released

Just for shits and giggles mine is still bouncing from PO to PO . Today it left at 2:16am to the destination and than back to the same PO at 5:20 pm and now on it's way to the destination :poop:. WTH :confused: funny shipped on the 12th , 2nd day Priority Mail :p Hopefully soon :D
 
well ya gotta love tracking ... I just received delivery confirmation all today in about 2 minutes time on 5 or 6 packages I got within the last two weeks ... so they finally figured out I had them I guess.

Tracking is pretty cool .
 
Tracking on mine was wacky, too. I ship knives and receive knives & supplies via USPS fairly regularly and tracking is usually quite accurate. With my 62 (I paid for 2-day priority shipping and so did Tomar's I guess), it showed "acceptance pending" for a couple days then showed in Springfield, MA a couple days, then enroute to next facility a couple days. The whole week it showed an ETA of Friday, then Friday night it updated to Saturday delivery and was delivered Saturday. It eventually arrived and it was well worth the wait ...

Yeah I've never had any issue with the USPS before .
 
Sooooo.....

No knife tonight. Tracking said by 8 pm today. My POS post office closed at 3:30. With the the holiday tomorrow it might be here Friday?

But it will eventually get to you :eek: mine was at my PO on the 16 and would be delivered by 8:00pm haha got it today though and I'm Jazzed :D hope yours shows up fast :thumbsup:
 
So... I already ordered a new sheath. Not that I don't like this, I just like danglers. I discovered it fits into the same sheath my LT Mark II has so I ordered one up. Size Q, if anyone else is wondering. I suppose having 2 more on the way I can try out several several configurations at once.

Will a black hole form and the world implode if I run a BK62 piggy back on a BK62? One for clean and one for dirty.

I really want a 17... hoping some shop finds a box in a corner or something and starts selling them. One site has had them listed for a long time but they're out of stock when you try to order. Makes you wonder why it's still listed after all these months.

Hate to add this after experiencing and reading about all these shipping / tracking issues. I ordered one yesterday from a big knife store near the Smoky Mountains ... it arrived today. They still haven’t emailed my tracking number. Haha.

$119 (+TN sales tax for me) w/ free shipping on orders over $49.

I was so worried mine was lost and never to be found . I also ordered one from them :D

Keep in mind, this is formed to the LT Mark II so there's a little slop due to how much thicker the LT's handle is.

Those are the JRE industries that all or most of LT Wright's knives come with. I really like them and I'm going to love putting the Keppie into one. Should be here Friday so I'll update with the non-formed version to see how much better it fits since the leather hasn't been formed around a different knife.
