First time my pocketknife caused trouble

You are so on-track, it's embarassing. The low-key approach is indeed the way to go. Thanks.

I agree......low profile is the way to go.
As long as I know it is there when I need it is all that counts

Always do right....this will gratify some and astonish the rest.

My dad was not very big on carrying or collecting knives. His passion was guns, and still is to this day. (mine too!!) He and my mother would bring me a knife home when returning from a trip. I had to get my father into collecting knives, so since I was ten years old, every gift I have given to my father has been a knife. He keeps them in the safe with his guns, but still does not carry a knife with him unless he is hunting. He is more stubborn than I am, but I have to keep trying.

I know this reply has absolutely nothing to do with the subject, but I thought you would enjoy it anyway.
