You did the right thing and GP Knives did the right thing. I suspect they will send it back to ZT for credit or replacement. Sure glad it was a new knife from a real dealer, otherwise it would have been ZT only.

My 0770CF was pretty well perfect as best as I could tell. It is really a nice EDC blade.

That appears to be about a 17% tolerance model.

GP was super fast, professional and courteous!! Hand selected my replacement. So excited. The 0770 comes in on Thursday and my southern grind spider monkey comes in on Friday. Knife porn!!!!
