Great exhibition, beautiful venue too with that iron-work, the knives from Gaillard have me wondering if I could live on bread & water for a month, or two.... France really is the centre of the knife artisan world

Too bad about the Covid restrictions We don't (yet) have to wear those face-cloths here..but if it happens I've got a gas-mask from CCCP to annoy officials
