Fixed Blade for an MP getting ready to deploy?

You could go with a Kabar fin fixed blade, made with D2 steel.

I looked at the RC3 and RC4 today. I'm gonna go with the RC3 plain edge. I think the size will be perfect for the odd jobs I might need it to do. Thanks for all thre input and help.
