Im curious did they leave about the same amount of thickness at the tip as the unmei.. mind posting a pic of the tip? I'm an odd one
I find for the size and use the unmei is meant for the tip is thick enough for me, I'll use it how I would any other knife and it's stout enough to have no issues.
I love that ML. He makes a great knife and that one is very nice!View attachment 2728129My current smaller size collection
Nice job.....
Instant Collection!
Both are Sexy as all heck, 7" field knives....
Handmade, hand ground. Thin, convext edges.
One is a lean Nitro V with a fat vintage Micarta handle, and it's partner in crime is even racier.....
HSS with leaner bocote scales. Both knives have my handmade googly-eye hardware made of bronze and aluminum.
Cutting, and Slashing terrors.
Gorgeous work
The fixed blade is awesome
I most certainly luv your designs especially the handles......
My prototype Shranto is my new cycling in the dark on county roads knife. Seven inch blade of 3/16” Aebl at 61 HRC and Ameragrip scales.
Gonna carry Charlie Mike style. Stay back wilderness critters. You don’t want any of this.

Ok, I'll ask: Which make/model is this bad boy? Is that handle as gripalicious as it looks? TIA.
