Fixed blades

AntDog AntDog Sweet, thank you very much sir! Yea, turns out that I have the same one on mine, however the previous owner felt the need to paint it camouflage and did a horrible job haha. I sure like my MEUK. Thanks for taking and posting those pics man!

Finally decided to try out a small fixed blade for EDC, went with the AG Russell Woodswalker with the pocket sheath. Cheap enough that even if I didn't like carrying it, I'd still have a good paring knife for the kitchen lol, carrying it as a neck knife isn't very appealing. I decided to try out a modification on the pocket sheath, I (pretty hastily and unevenly lol) installed a couple of grommets and then attached what I call a watch pocket anchor; in this case it's three quarters with a zip tie around them attached to the sheath with a shoe lace. The quarters go into the watch pocket and the sheath then hangs right at the rim of my pocket and stays in place as I press the knife back into the sheath after using it. It works surprisingly well so I might order a second sheath, find a nice lanyard bead, and do a neater job on the second sheath.

Knife itself is very basic but a great design. Pins weren't flush and there were some relatively sharp edges, but a few minutes with sandpaper helped smooth everything out. Now looking for more small fixed blades that would work in a similar set up. Suggestions appreciated!

Anything from Duck Childress too, as well as Horsewright knives, and Redmeadow knives. The Izulas are good too. Forgot to mention White River back packer.
