That re-curve chopper looks fun.
Thanks Man. Any compliments from You, mean alot. These look great. What steels are you using ?

that picture is a mixture of 3V, A2, and AEB-L.
I know it's looked down upon by many, but some of my favorites have been made out of high speed M2 steel (power hacksaw blades). They cut forever. It's just takes 3 times as long to make them. *personally I think that's the issue why more makers Aren't making them. The little black handled ebony one is from a PHSB.
I've snuck in a few other pics elsewhere here of them.... I've worked out a different pattern that I'm really happy with.
I'm about to send out a huge batch of 8670 and 3V....with a small amount of cruwear/Zwear.
my logos just came in, next week I should be getting a used commercial etcher, and Soon my updated craftsman/knife maker membership..... I feel like I'm a couple months behind of where I wanted to be.
I'm still working out in my head what I want to do, how I want to go about things?
I don't really plan on selling knives.
I just want to keep making them.
Yet, I feel there is a need that isn't being fully met.
And I want to make people happy, somehow! Haha
Oh, hello there.
At first I didn't realize that's why you were saying it. Thought maybe you were just saying hi because we haven't spoken in a minute. Then I was like, "oh, he saw my little howdy knife mark."
Pretty cool how little random stuff like that shows up as they wear. I had a little traditional that had an almost perfect lightning bolt on the blade. At first I didn't realize that's why you were saying it. Your ‘plan’ may not be selling knives, but your examples shown in this thread are examples of ones that would sell quickly. Ergonomic, useful, varied shapes in good steel with good grinds and heat treat will find homes! Best of luck with your work. Thanks Man. Any compliments from You, mean alot.
