My current fixed blade rotation. All my better half can take as we are still living in our ~1000 sqft cabin for another couple of months .... this is a 3 bottle wine box as you can get them on ebay.

Except for your recent postings, I haven't seen one of those Gerber River knives in a long time. I used to have a pair of them and liked them a bunch for their consummate simplicity & sleek design. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

I own so many knives and never until my boot knife endeavor owned one of these. It is a very very good knife I'll say and carries so nice for not only boot but belt carry as well. It's thin yes. But the handle is tall so it still fills my hand and I've got fairly big hands.
I'm glad it brought back memories I'm planning to make some of my own with this knife and am considering buying another just to have as a backup.

Just finished this Wharncliffe with a horizontal carry sheath. Green/black linen micarta, red liners, stainless hardware and Thor's Hammer pin (Mjolnir).
