This was a collaborative project between myself and Muskrat Man Knife and tool in 2019. I wanted to give the Comtech Stinger/Apache Thorn design some hammerfist options due to my affinity for the pikal jab. MMKT brought my idea to life and offered it in his lineup until he began to focus more on knifemaking. He called it "The Anderson Thorn" and I didn't argue.Nice knife ...but what the Heck is the other thing ?![]()

Several variants were made and sold, including the prototype seen in the photo I posted. I very recently got the opportunity to purchase it back from the previous owner. It's good to have it back. Here's an old photo from a collector of several examples.

To keep the thread going here's a fixed blade by CMFTW. I reached out to Freeman in 2017 or 2018 to make a "Street Barong" and this is what we came up with. .18 thick D2 steel.

Nice design, reminds me a little bit of fencing foil grips. They look weird but they are the most comfortable and precise way to poke someone ever invented. This was a collaborative project between myself and Muskrat Man Knife and tool in 2019. It’s the sheath that came with it from Busse. I think these were made for a military group. It’s actually quite nice!Nice. Who made the sheath ? Thanks.
Thanks for the cool insight. This is new stuff to me. I'm going to get my hands on a fencing foil grip and see what ideas it inspires.Nice design, reminds me a little bit of fencing foil grips. They look weird but they are the most comfortable and precise way to poke someone ever invented.
