Field knife is one of the best knives I've been lucky enough to own.

It disappears in my hand, the balance is wonderful, and I have yet to find a hotspot or a grip that isnt comfy AF.

The only knives that rival and close to equal CPK’s are the Harsey designed Spartan’s. Different purpose but just as comfy.

Most of the preorders must've been filled already. Although I was the second claimant on the preorder list, my orders were PITA stuff that I knew would have to wait till the end when CPK would be doing the delicate semi-custom stuff. I think that once their move is fully complete, all the FK2 preorders would be all done and DONE shortly after that. After all, the DEK1 and then the kepharts will be coming up on the line up as babies will be needing new shoes, er, I mean saved college fund$ soon

Both are awesome but I really love the acid wash and ECAM!!! I’m a sucker for acid wash!

Received my second FK2 yesterday and it promptly took my other "standard" Fk2s place. My perfect knife just got perfecter. The swedge gives the knife a bit more nimble feel but is still plenty strong. Fantastic craftsmanship by the CPK team!
